How are delivery charges calculated?

Any item sold on the website that is over 30 KG in weight will not include the REQUIRED shipping charges in the total cost of the order

You will still be able to pay for and secure the items for pickup in-store, or we can provide the shipping charges for large bulky items via our back-loader (courier) service.

We cannot ship any type of statue.  These items are only available for in-store pickup.  Please Contact Us for more information.

THIS MEANS IF THE ORDER DOES NOT STATE A SHIPPING PRICE THEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR IN-STORE PICKUP, UNLESS YOU CONTACT US TO ARRANGE DELIVERY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE ON-TOP OF THE ORDER.

How do I purchase online?

  • If you would like to purchase a product that is available for online sale, click on Shopping Cart, or Add to Cart link to add it to your Shopping Cart
  • You can add as many products as you like to your Shopping Cart
  • You can edit the quantities and products by hovering over the Shopping Cart icon in the top right hand corner of the website. or by clicking on View Cart wherever it is shown on the website
  • When you would like to proceed to payment, click on the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the View Cart page to finalise your purchase
  • If you are interested in purchasing a product that is either out of stock online, or doesn’t have an Add to Cart link, please click here to Contact Us

Can I change my purchase order after I have finalised the payment?

Once your purchase has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the purchase.Please ensure when shopping online, that only the items that you wish to purchase are present in your Shopping Cart prior to confirming your purchase.

Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my own?

We can only deliver your purchase to the address you must provide before you Check-Out.  There is an option to provide a different Shipping Address to your Billing Address during checkout or you can set this up in your My Account->Addresses area.

PLEASE NOTE THAT UPON DELIVERY, MOST ITEMS PURCHASED WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR SO WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO PO BOX NUMBERS.

To what areas do you deliver?

Delivery costs quoted for purchased items (as displayed in your Shopping Cart) are provided by Interparcel shipping service.  Their charges are calculated based on:

  • Size of the item
  • Weight of the item
  • Destination

If you live outside of Australia, shipping costs and companies are different so different rates will apply.

What is your returns policy?

If you order and receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, please contact us with your concern via email at info@thatbalishop.com.au or via phone on 02 9905 2205 within 24 hours of receipt of delivery of the product.

If we agree that the purchased product was not displayed correctly on our website, or there was an error in the details displayed, we will replace the product or refund your money at our discretion.

NOTE THAT REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE WHEN PURCHASED PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED TO THE THAT BALI SHOP IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION.
